BODYWEIGHT SQUAT - 12 REPS
LATERAL SQUAT - 20 REPS
LEG SWING - 15 REPS
DEEP YOGI SQUAT
LEG ABDUCTION/ROTATION 10 REPS
Workout :
Sumo squat half & full - 20 reps | 3 Sets
Curtsy lunge pulse - 10 reps each leg | 3 Sets
Lateral squat weighted - 12 reps | 3 Sets
Front squat - 12 Reps | 3 Sets
Frog pump - 30 reps | 3 Sets
