WHAT'S FOR DINNER? | EASY DINNER IDEAS | PLUS A DESSERT | NO. 56

I can't tell you just how excited I am to be back with another What's for Dinner video, even if it is a bit different than it has been lately. I'll go back to my previous format soon, I hope - but in order to get some content out this week, we just filmed us cooking really casually. So thanks for coming back for another round of dinner inspiration with really easy recipes to follow! I've got the recipes linked or typed out below!

EASY CHICKEN SAUSAGE OMELET:
4 chicken sausage links (any kind you prefer), diced
5-6 eggs, whisked
3 tbsp butter

Add diced sausage to a hot skillet (med-hi heat). Brown for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add butter and allow to melt, then turn heat down to med-low. Pour in eggs and cover skillet. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes. You'll know it is done when you can shake the skillet and the egg comes loose from the sides. Serve and enjoy!

EASY HASHBROWNS:
2 russett potatoes, grated (peels on is fine)
6 tbsp butter, divided in half
Nature's Seasons
shredded cheese (about half a block, or about a cup)

Be sure to pat your grated potatoes dry! Get your pan really hot over med-hi heat. Add 3 tbsp of butter and allow to melt completely. Add half your potatoes and allow to brown for about 3-4 minutes while flattening with a spatula. Flip once brown on the bottom and then add about half of your cheese on top. Allow to brown for a couple more minutes and serve! Repeat with other half of ingredients.

KICKIN' CHICKEN:
4 pieces chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Kickin Chicken seasoning by Weber
1/4 cup olive oil

In a bowl or gallon size plastic bag, place chicken and add all other ingredients. Toss to coat completely and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then grill, or bake in the oven! So easy!

SUMMER PASTA SALAD:
1 box (1 lb) of any pasta you have on hand
1 tbsp Nature's Seasons
chopped veggies (any you prefer and/or have on hand) I used cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and a yellow pepper
A couple of handfuls of cheese (we always use feta)
1 cup (or a little more) Italian dressing

Cook pasta to al dente and drain. Rinse with cold water to cool down. Add veggies, cheese, Nature's Seasons and dressing. Toss, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Add a little more dressing right before serving!
