Driving on the footpath

Driving commercial vehicles at pedestrians on footpaths less than 2 metres wide in Covent Garden during the first quarter of 2020. It would seem like a small enough niche that you wouldn't be able to find a single case of it unless you went out to deliberately drive at pedestrians yourself, and yet without even looking for it I filmed five examples of this just on my normal commute to work during January, February and March. It must happen a dozen times each day on these two streets.

It's easy to understand how more than 50 pedestrians are killed on the footpath every year in Britain.

Two clips in the video are not near pedestrians but are in the same location that pedestrians were walking in earlier clips. I also have footage of another private vehicle being driven on the footpath in exactly the same location, hopefully to go up soon as a separate video.
