Lama Lodu Rinpoche teaches the practice of the Three Kayas Prayer
On October 2nd, Lama Lodu Rinpoche gave the teachings on practicing the Three Kayas Prayer. The Three Kayas Prayer was composed by the Sixteenth Karmapa. It is a combination of the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, the union of which is the form of the Karmapa. In this session, Rinpoche will teach the meaning of the three kayas and how to put it into practice. It is a simple practice but very profound. Rinpoche will explain the visualization of each of the three kayas and then how to utilize this practice in a simple way.
