150g fresh noodles (lo mein or egg noodles work best)​

½ tbsp dark soy sauce​

1 tsp salt​

For Beef Marinade (10 minutes)​
½ tbsp light soy sauce​
½ tbsp oyster sauce​
½ tsp ground white pepper​
1 tsp cornstarch​
1 tsp peanut oil​

Instructions​
Marinate the beef: Mix sliced beef with all marinade ingredients until coated. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.​
Prepare the noodles: Boil noodles for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse cold, pat dry, then toss with ½ tbsp dark soy sauce and 1 tsp oil—set aside.​
Cook the beef: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok/skillet over high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef for 1–2 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.​
Cook the eggs: Add ½ tbsp more oil to the pan. Cook beaten eggs with a pinch of green onions for 30 seconds until set (slightly runny is okay); transfer to a plate.​

Ingredients:
1 kg beef brisket
Potatoes, carrots, 1 onion
Ginger slices, green onions

Instructions
Blanch brisket in cold water with ginger & green onions, boil 3 mins, drain.

Pour boiling water to cover, high pressure for 15 mins, then natural release.
Chop potatoes, carrots, onion into chunks, add to the cooker with salt, cover and cook 10 mins more.

Cut potatoes into strips.
