Com’ on Cajun spices – chicken – smoked bacon - cheese – pineapple a bit of siracha mayo – this Cajun Chicken Bacon Cheese Pineapple Burger will blow your mind and really easy to make! I used my Cosori air fryer but this can be made on a grill or in a pan.

A couple of buns toasted
Chicken breast small

A couple of American cheese
A couple of slices of strong mature cheese
Lettuce of choice I used Romain
Pineapple rings from a can
Mayo and siracha mixed as a dressing
Some red onion slices if you want
