Ingredients
Chicken Breast sliced
oil
½ onion sliced
1 clove garlic minced
2 green onions sliced
snow peas or any green veg like broccoli
carrot sliced
cooked noodles
sliced red chili to colour – which I forgot to add sorry!
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
dash of white pepper
drizzle of sesame oil – only a few drops! Missed out of the edit.
½ tsp sugar
¼ water
cornstarch slurry – 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water
salt – your choice I don’t soy salty enough
MSG – your choice
