After the launching of TRX, the next financial hub of Kuala Lumpur and the completion of MRT, Cheras' property market has grew tremendously. In Cheras alone, there's around 6 MRT station with direct connection to the city Matching that connectivity, there are many projects being launched and completed within the area, all trying to leverage on that.

Youcity III is a clear demonstration of TOD (Transit Oriented Development). It consists of residence along with retail components and both connected directly to the Taman Suntex MRT station. Based on the floor plan, facility deck, program of the building, the main emphasis of the project would be efficiency. It's just gonna be so convenience for the residents where they get to fully leverage on the MRT, the neighbourhood mall below along with the commercial area within walking distance.

This is new but I do appreciate the effort of the developer in building the new elevated highway along with the refurbishment of the local wet market. Although it's a requirement set by the local authorities, it's great to see the effort in improving the existing livelihood of the location.

However, by living next to the MRT station and highway with a vibrant mall below, it's pretty inevitable you'll have noise and congestion in this project.
