Wangsa Maju, one of the favourite location for investors for it's connectivity via LRT (Wangsa Maju and Sri Rampai), population from colleges, and existing infrastructure such as malls, medical centre, international schools and etc. But the most attractive would be the proximity to KL City Centre via Duke, MRR2, and Jalan Ampang.
With a clear audience in mind, the developer designed facilities that are family friendly along with the units that all have at least 3 bedrooms. Extensive water body, humongous indoor badminton courts, restored hill park access, and strict securities... All boxes are checked for families.
However, the deep access into the residential area seems rather inconvenient but it can be perceived as 'privacy' for some. Plus the existing access roads are going through major construction works, so it's a nightmare to drive around now.
