Sopwith Camels shot down more Enemy Aircraft than all other Allied Aircraft combined, in WW-One...; more Camel Pilots crashed & died in Accidents than as a result of Enemy Action, 30% of Pilots crashed on their First attempt to Fly a Camel....
My father's Uncle flew Camels, with 4 Squadron Australian Flying Corps.
