Hillbilly Wood-Welding...!

Accomplished with Chainsaw-milled 1/4-Cut Timber, Chainsawn & Chiselled to fit (roughly..!) ; then drilled with a Brace & Bit...

One Coathanger was "sacrificed" to tie each of the four Butt-Joints in the two Splices ; and the Splices were served under tension in the same manner as Line-Guides being secured onto a Fishing-Rod...

I really enjoy the concept of fixing the broken Gate with Timber milled from the Tree which broke the Gate by falling on it ; and the fact that Chainsaw-Milling makes a lot of Sawdust becomes a "good thing", because it rapidly returns Nutrients to the Soil where the fallen Tree grew from.

It's pretty much a "perfect example" of what a Chainsaw with a Guide-Rail is good for....; "Salvage Milling, Insitu..." ; therefore, as a Greenie, I have my own Sawmill...

Feel free to do the same...
