Scallion Oil Noodles

Scallion Oil Noodles or 葱油拌面 are a classic in Shanghai and one of the easiest things to make with just a few ingredients.

I made mine with homemade silver pin noodles which are naturally gluten free and finished it with a green scallion oil. I can share the recipe for both if you’d like, next!
