Garlic Scape Ditalini because the farmers market is full of springy produce 🥹!

Garlic scapes are seasonal and the stalk or stem of hardneck garlic plants. To me they taste garlicky (of course) but have an asparagus-like texture. It’s the perfect ingredient because it’s like a hybrid veggie/allium.
They are perfect for an aglio e olio-ish dish and the gluten free ditalini resemble the scape pieces once they’re cut.
