11:30 You're not always going to be motivated. Some time I have spent in doubt, not wanting to do it. But there was a small part of me that said that all of the investment you've spent so far in this is going to lead to something, so don't walk away now. And, what is that? What is that that keeps you going? Because it's definitely not motivation. Because motivation is something that helps uplift you. I didn't feel uplifted at all; I didn't feel like I wanted to do this. And that's where I would say that it comes to the point where it's the discipline factor. Discipline , you do things even if you're not enjoying them. Discipline, you do things because you know they're going to lead to a better you. Discipline isn't about having the most fun. And it isn't about the enjoyment factor. It's about getting to where you want to get to no matter how hard it is along the way.
