Workout During Pregnancy first Trimester | Yoga During Pregnancy at Home | Dr Supriya Puranik

First session
All pregnant lady can start the first session in early pregnancy(first trimester) and continue till the delivery.
With the help of this session
1.breathing capacity will increase.
2. Decreases the Occurrence of PIH(high BP), Thyroid, GDM(high sugar. Etc.
3. Decrease stress, anxiety, & Breathlessness.. Etc.
4. Improves baby brain development.
5. Reduce if there is any pain like in ankle, heel, wrist, hand, chest, shoulder, neck and upper back.
6. Improves the flexibility of lower extremity.
7. Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.
