Second session:
All pregnant ladies should start this session after doing the first session of our pregnancy exercises. The second session starts from(second trimester)14th week of pregnancy to till the 36th week of pregnancy.
With the help of the second session
1. Increases flexibility of the body.
2. Strengthen the muscle like pelvic, hip, back, etc.
3. It improves the blood circulation of the body so that it will help to grow the baby properly.
4. Reduces the swelling in the body.
5. Increase the stability and strength of the spine.
6. Improve endurance and support to growing baby.
Note:- Exercises can be done any time but after 1 hour of the meal and should be first done under physiotherapist guidance only
