A Global Roadmap for Just and Inclusive Cooking Transition

Transitioning the cooking sector to net-zero emissions emerges as a pivotal and economically viable strategy for attaining the global energy sector’s 2050 net-zero emission target and for limiting the global temperature rise to within 1.5 degrees Celsius.
