Youth shows commitment to development issues at annual ECOSOC Youth Forum
The world’s youth took their rightful place in the arena of international development this week, as thousands of young people came to the UN headquarters in New York to participate in the annual ECOSOC youth forum. The forum, organized by the UN Economic and Social Council, focused on the question how to integrate the 1.8 billion young people of the world to the transition from the MDGs to SDGs, highlighting the issues most important to their demographic.
