Collect and Cook Dryad's Saddle | Polyporus squamosus | Pheasant Back mushroom

Dryad's Saddle is an easily identified and abundant spring mushroom. This species can be gathered in quantity. Only the smallest specimens are tender enough to cook up nicely (as I do in this video) but the rest can still be cut, dehydrated, and ground down for soup flavouring.
