What will it take? One year eating wild

On April 12 2018 I presented my plan to eat all wild food at the Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Laurier Woods. This is a recording of that presentation and it outlines some of my experience with extended periods of eating all wild food as well as some thoughts on what it will take for Delphanie and I to eat wild food for one year beginning Jan 1 2019. Lastly, I conclude with suggestions on how YOU can participate in the Wilderness Living Challenge, be it just one wild food meal or an extended period of wild food living.
