Workout Wednesday: Aaliyah Miller 2x600m Baylor Track & Field
FloTrack took a trip to Waco, Texas to check out how Baylor 800m specialist Aaliyah Miller works on her speed. The IAAF World U20 Silver Medalist currently ranks fifth in the NCAA with a 2:02.89 set at the Iowa State Classic.
