I tried INTERMITTENT FASTING and saw results after THREE days- I'm shocked

i tried intermittent fasting for three days! I dont usually follow fad diets and wasnt looking to lose weight but when i heard it had a positive effect on gut health and digestion, i had to test it out!
I didnt change what i eat in a day and the only variable was the window of eating. I chose to eat between 10am and 6pm
if you do intermittent fasting, or have tried it- let me know! id love to hear your thoughts
i am not a dietitian nor do i think this is the way everyone should eat, i try to eat intuitively and feed my body with food that makes me feel food but also what i am craving
