Alternative SNATCH Movement for CrossFit - Episode 059
In this episode, coach Bob shares an alternative movements for the barbell or dumbbell snatch. The kettlebell snatch has the benefits of developing efficiency of movement that will transfer to your other CrossFit movements. This movement is also a one-arm (a unilateral) movement that will help expose compensation that may be occurring in your regular barbell movements.
