4 Month Natural Body Transformation - Skinny To Muscular (32LBS GAINED)

Get ready because you are about to witness my 4 month natural body transformation where I managed to go from skinny, weak, and frail weighing in at just a mere 60kgs (132lbs) to 74.6kgs (164+lbs) in just four months.

And for people who do not know, you will find out in this video that I once transformed my body in 1 year with calisthenics and I gained 22lbs of muscle in that time frame and I began that transformation also very skinny weak, and frail.

But late last year, my health got completely destroyed by a vegan diet where I could not even function in my everyday life which meant I had to stop working out for 9 months which resulted in me losing insane amounts of muscle.

Then once I was able to go back to working out I switched to bodybuilding which started this 4 month body transformation that I mentioned earlier on that you are about to witness.

In this body transformation video, I share with you this whole story and journey from of me gaining muscle to losing it all then regaining it and gaining more back than I have ever had in my entire life.
