A Delicious Chia Pudding/ Basic Recipe/ 3 Ingredients
This basic 3 ingredient recipe will make having a healthy breakfast or snack a breeze. You get to decide what add ins you want for whatever flavor you want. There are so many options. Chia seeds are a superfood with so many health benefits! This can be a make ahead breakfast for easy and quick mornings. Basic Chia Seed Pudding Recipe:
* 1/4 cup of chia seeds
* 3/4-1 cup of milk of choice (3/4 cup for thick pudding, 1 cup for thinner)
* 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup
Add-ins:
Your choice! You can add fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter, shredded carrots, protein powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, nuts....there are so many options when it comes to add-ins.
1. Put in a jar and shake ingredients together
2. Put in the refrigerator overnight, or let sit on the counter 20-30 minutes before eating or refrigerating.
3. Add nuts right before eating so they stay crunchy.
