Full Monte N3 Bourbon Cocktail for Peter Lindgren New Bar

Full Monte N3 is a Bourbon Cocktail adapted from the Full Monte N2. The original cocktail recipe calls for Amaro Montenegro as a base, but I swap my adaptation measurements. This way, the Cocktail is based on Bourbon. So if you like Bourbon Cocktails, this one is for you. With a touch of Angostura Bitters, you have a lovely slow sip after a long day.

Now, you may think about why I did the video. Let me clear the suspicions. I watch many channels on YouTube, but a few of them are my favourite. Exactly the case with the amazing @PeterLindgren1 channel. I admire his determination and how down to earth is as a person and creator. So, when I saw his episode of building a bar in his studio and knowing he loves Whiskey, I couldn't help myself. So, I recorded the video. Hope you will like it.

- 60ml | 20z Buffalo Trace Bourbon
- 30ml | 1oz Amaro Montenegro
- 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Stir with ice and serve over a large cube of clear ice into an Old Fashioned glass. Enjoy!
