Rhubarb Liqueur Cocktail with Calvados and Rose Water.

As I promise, here is the cocktail recipe I've created for Giffard Liqueurs West Cup Competition. The cocktail recipe is easy to make at home, but you need to gather the ingredients first. The cocktail completion brief is simple. We have to create a cocktail recipe inspired by music. My recipe is inspired by Bon Jovi's song Bed Of Roses, and as you may expect, there is the flavour and aroma of roses.

The Rhubarb Liqueur by Giffard is a perfect base for a crispy, light and refreshing cocktail with a bit of kick from the Calvados and wonderful flower aromas thanks to the Rose Water. All ingredients are well-balanced thanks to the Sour Mix and the Champagne Syrup.

BED OF ROSSES

- 50ml Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur
- 25ml Avalen Calvados
- 15ml Louis Roederer Champagne Syrup
- 15ml Rose Water
- 15ml Supasawa Sour Mix
- 50ml Fentimans Rose Lemonade

Shake the first five ingredients with ice—strain into a highball, and top with the rose lemonade. Garnish with rhubarb ribbon.
