ROLLS ROYCE COCKTAIL. How to make this Gin Classic Cocktail.

Rolls Royce Cocktail is an old classic cocktail with gin and vermouth. It is a wonderful aperitif taking a spin on classic Martini Cocktail.

This recipe first appeared in Harry Craddock’s 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book. The original called for 2 parts gin, and 1 part each of sweet and dry vermouth. Classic cocktails are always an excellent starting point to explore the flavour and basics of mixology art.

ROLLS ROYCE COCKTAIL
- 45ml Dry Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- 15ml Sweet Vermouth
- 7ml Benedictine Liqueur

Chill a coupe glass with ice. Rince with Benedictine. Stir the rest of the ingredients and strain into the coupe glass. Garnish with lemon zest
