Testing Plastic Welded Canoe - Will It Float?

Last time I fixed a big hole in this canoe using the cheapest plastic welder from Harbor Freight. That hole was big enough to sink the boat in just two or three minutes. A little water still leaks in, either through whats left of the original hole or possibly from the many cracks in the aging plastic hull.

I am questioned by a neighbor about the catamaran from 9to5less, He offers me money for Trevor's motor. I paddle to a mangrove area near the wildlife refuge and back home.

The test seemed to go well. Next time I will try to use the canoe to explore a wildlife refuge near my house.
