Bigger Arms In 20 Minutes – Old School Arm Program

Arnold Schwarzenegger had arguably the best arm genetics of any bodybuilder on the Olympia stage. For him high volume pump training did the job. In the 70's many bodybuilders were using a different approach to bring up lagging biceps and triceps. One method used by Larry Scott was to increase the intensity of his arm training by combining supersets of BOTH biceps and triceps with two bicep movements back to back and two tricep movements back to back. Eventually a training system known as the 20 minute arm program or the 60 second method was created to get more arm work done in less time. For the full program watch the video now!
