Recently, I incorrectly tried setting up my ebay exclusive red pocket phone plan. After receiving a support email about my issue I was able to fix my problem.

When you order this ebay exclusive red pocket phone plan deal,.. you will receive 2 things:

What you recieve:
A. Activation Pin Code by email.
Go to your email, and look for email titled "Red Pocket Activation Code"

B. SIM card GSMT (tmobile) with simple instructions.

Steps to activate your ebay Red Pocket 360 sim card

Information you need to start process:
1. Activation Pin Code (sent right after you ordered your phone plan on ebay)
2. ICCID Sim Number
3. Valid IMEI phone
4. Personal information, like email or old phone number with account login info.

STEP 1: Go to redpocket.com/activate

STEP 2: Enter ICCID number and IMEI of phone you will use. Click Validate

STEP 3: Register a new Red Pocket account or Log into existing account.

Step 4: After registering,.. it might say something like
"There is no plan associated with your sim card."

Scroll down and you should see an area that asks "Do you have an Activation Pin Code"
Click on the check mark.
A textbox will open where you can enter the activation pin code emailed to you.

Step 5: You will be asked if you want to transfer an old number or get a new number.
I selected getting a new number.

Step 6. You will be prompted to enter your information. What's important is the zip code you provide as they will automatically give you a phone number based on your zip code.

YOU DO NOT GET TO CHOOSE THE PHONE NUMBER.

Step 7.Press "Complete Activation" and a popup will appear stating "Activating"... wait

Step 8. Confirmation screen with your new phone #
