How to Make Shakshuka - Middle Eastern Tomato Stew with Eggs

FudeHouse teamed up with Quinciple to cook shakshuka. A beautifully fragrant (za'atar) and flavorful (spicy) tomato stew with eggs from the Middle East.

So similar to your traditional Italian Sunday sauce - it's so easy to make. Israelis love to eat it for breakfast with pita, or something fluffy and crusty.

This recipe really highlights the tomato: fresh, paste, and canned. Along with peppers, onions, and a good amount of heat this egg dish will turn your brunch on it's head. It's a hangover helper.
