If you think it's impossible for you to do the Heel Hang, try these tips and exercises I showed you in this video.
That trick is for intermediate to advanced level.

P.S. Don't forget to warm up before and to use crash mats underneath when you're doing exercises on aerial hoop. Please do not practice without the supervision of a trained professional.
