The Best Homemade Dinner Roll recipe|The Easiest (Actually Good) Bread You Can Make
Crispy and chewy Dinner Roll Bread that anyone can make quickly and easily.
It has a light taste with a recipe close to baguette.

B's(%): 100.0%, Tr(g): 290.0g Strong Wheat Flour (Bread Flour)
■ Process|Room temperature: 22℃
1. Put 116g of water in a bowl.
2. Add 116g of milk.
3. Add 4.2g of instant dry yeast and mix well.
4. After adding 14.5g of sugar, dissolve in water.
5. After adding 5.8g of salt, dissolve in water.
6. Add 20.3g of melted isgny butter (35℃).
7. After adding 290g of strong wheat flour,
Mix evenly until no flour is visible. (Dough temperature 23.7℃)
8. After fermentation for 2 hours and 40 minutes, the first fold (folding)
9. Rest for 20 minutes
10. Final molding: Refer to the video
11. Second fermentation: 2 hours and 20 minutes at room temperature
12. Put the dough into the Rofco oven preheated to 200℃
13. Adjust oven dial to 190℃
14. Total baking time: 19 minutes
■ Precautions: Always be careful when using the oven
(Because it is very hot, use it after wearing very thick oven gloves)
