[Upgrade lens housing] 7artisans 12mm f2.8_mark II (APS-C, wide-angel)

7artisans 12mm f/2.8 is an affordable lens, but it is simplified in some ways to save costs. This is especially true of the manual focus and aperture controls, which are small and difficult to use. The aperture ring is also very loose and can easily be turned, which can lead to unintentional changes in the aperture setting. I wanted to improve the usability of the lens by upgrading the housing.

The housing parts are designed to be easily and securely attached to the lens using screws. The focus gear is also an optional add-on that can be printed on a 3D printer or purchased online. A rubber focus gear is available for a more comfortable grip. You can choose to install only the front housing, focus housing, or aperture housing, depending on your needs.

The lens does not need to be disassembled or any original parts need to be removed. The front housing has an outer diameter of 85mm, and a 67-82mm step-up ring adapter can be used to attach an 82mm filter. The step-up ring can be used with the original 67mm lens cap, or you can use an 82mm lens cap.

The tightness of the aperture housing fixing screws can be adjusted to prevent the aperture ring from turning and changing the aperture setting unintentionally.

The housing upgrade is designed for MFT lenses, and it is also likely to fit Sony E-mount lenses. However, it is not suitable for Fujifilm X-mount or Nikon Z-mount lenses, as these lenses have a different shape at the bottom of the lens.

- 67-82mm step-up filter adapter
- M3 x 8mm bolts (flat head) - 3
- Rubber focus gear (optional)
- Instant glue

렌즈를 분해하거나 원래 부품을 제거할 필요가 없습니다. 전면 하우징은 외경이 85mm이며 67-82mm 스텝업 링 어댑터를 사용하여 82mm 필터를 부착할 수 있습니다. 스텝 업 링은 원래 67mm 렌즈 캡과 함께 사용하거나 82mm 렌즈 캡을 사용할 수 있습니다.

하우징 업그레이드는 MFT 렌즈용으로 설계되었으며 Sony E-마운트 렌즈에도 맞을 가능성이 높습니다. 그러나 Fujifilm X-mount 또는 Nikon Z-mount 렌즈에는 렌즈 하단의 모양이 다르기 때문에 적합하지 않습니다.
