Legs Strength Exercise | Proper Squat

This apparently simple legs strength exercise requires the greatest precision. It targets in particular your buttock muscles and hamstrings.

To do such a proper squat, you need to
- find a keep your weight balance under the feel
- keep your knees unlocked
- keep your back flat.

Don't bend your knees too low!
