How to prepare the best nkatenkwan (groundnut or peanut butter soup)

When my mum serves you nkatenkwan or groundnut soup, you will be always looking forward to when you get to enjoy that amazing soup again. I am sharing her recipe with you and I hope you enjoy it. The groundnut used in this soup is pure groundnut paste (peanut butter) with no sugar or any additives. Also, I use withered or wrinkled garden eggs in all my soups (if I have garden eggs) because Mama believes that makes the soup creamier and and tastier than fresh garden eggs.

Ingredients:
450 grams Groundnut paste/ peanut butter (about 2 cups)
3.5lb Goat meat 
60 grams Ginger 
5 medium tomatoes
2 large onions
4 garden eggs (ripe and wrinkled preferred)
2 habaneros 
1 teaspoon aniseed (nkitinkiti)
About 1½ - 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
