Dear friends and family, in this video I share with you the okra stew recipe that I grew up with and I hope you are able to give it a try.

Ingredients:
Okro 2.6 lb
Tomatoes 4 large
Onions 3 large
Mackerel 1.4 lb
Oxtail 2.15 lb
Cow skin 0.6 lb
Tripe 1 lb
Cow foot 1.4 lb
Blue crabs 1.3 lb
Kako (stock fish) 85 g
Ginger 30 g
Baking (bicarbonate of) soda 1 tsp
Palm oil 1 cup
