Beef with Corn and Cream of Mushroom

Creamy and delicious Beef in Corn and Cream of Mushroom. A super easy to make dish the whole family will love!

Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin or beef chuck, thinly sliced and cut into serving size.
4-6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small or medium onion, minced
1 cup water
1 can, 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 cup whole kernel corn
ground pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp fish sauce (optional) - cream of mushroom is high in sodium
cooking oil for sauteing ​
