Creamy Chicken Pastel (Filipino Style)

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs or 1kilo Chicken
2 tbsp butter
4-5 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 medium Onions, sliced
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Thai Fish Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3 dried Bay Leaves
2 medium Potatoes
1 medium Carrot
2 pcs Sausage (Jumbo) or 1 can Vienna Sausage
1 medium Red Bellpepper
1 cup Mushroom or 1 can Sliced Mushroom
1 cup grated Cheese
1 can Evaporated milk
