Creamy SIPO EGGS | Quick and Easy Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Butter or 1 Stick Butter
250g Shrimp
1 can Spam, cut into small dice
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 medium Carrot, cut into small dice
2 medium Potatoes, cut into small dice
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 can Kernel Corn
1 cup Green Peas
1 (250ml) All purpose Cream
1 can Cream of Mushrrom
25 to 30 pcs Quail Eggs, boiled
1 cup Water or Milk
