第一批搬進寺院養老的人 The First Group of Old People Living in a Temple after Retirement

2023年，「寺廟養老」的概念火了起來。 大多數寺院建在山水之間，遠離城市喧囂，老人家在靜謐、平和的環境裡吃齋念佛，為寺院做一些力所能及的活兒。 1月17日，臘八節前一天，我們來到福建福鼎市資國寺，住持賢志法師從90年代開始倡導寺院養老，創辦了國內首家經過民政部門批准的佛教養老院－資國彌陀 村安老院，生活困難的老人家200元即可入住。 我們和他、以及住在這裡的老人聊了一下。

In 2023, living in a temple after retirement became a popular lifestyle. Most temples are built in mountains and beside water, away from the hustle and bustle of cities. Old people go vegetarian, pray and help with chores in temples peacefully. On January 17, we came to Ziguo Temple, the first temple in China approved by the government to run a nursing home, and talked to the abbot Master Xianzhi and the old people who lived there.
