Third Sidewalk Cafe Open Mic & Getting My First Show, 2002 - Settle Down

This is my song Settle Down (still a favorite), performed at the Sidewalk Cafe open mic in 2002. I left out the other song I performed cause it was BAD!

This was me getting my first ever show. At Sidewalk Cafe if you showed up a few times and did well with an audience (and Lach liked you), you got a show. It was a surreal feeling to once again have everybody singing along to my song and laughing at the witty lyrics and then wanting me to play more songs for 30 minutes at a future show. Quite a confidence boost.

It was still terrifying being up there but slightly slightly less terrifying than the first time I did it.
