Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below :

材料:

1. 大約 600 克 = 22 oz, 泰國芋頭
2. 3 條臘腸
3. 7 個小冬茹, 醃料: 1 茶匙生抽, 小許糖拌勻
4. 3 個瑤柱
5. 20 克 = 0. 7 oz, 蝦米

粉料:

1. 170 克 = 6 oz, 先濾粘米粉
2. 3 茶匙先濾澄麵粉
3. 300 ml = 10.14 fl oz, 水

調味料:

1. 300 ml = 10.14 fl oz, 包括浸冬茹, 瑤柱水在內
2. 1 茶匙蠔油
3. 2 茶匙雞粉
4. 1 茶匙糖
5. 1 茶匙鹽
6. 1茶匙五香粉
7. 1/4 茶匙胡椒粉

1. 300 ml = 10.14 fl oz, 水
2. 1 茶匙麻油

灑面:適量青蔥粒和炒香白芝麻

點味跟: X O 醬, 辣椒醬

此食譜共需要 900 ml = 30.43 fl oz, 水份

大火蒸 50 分

Ingredients:

1. around 600 grams = 22 oz, thai taro
2. 3 chinese sausages
3. 7 small dried chinese mushrooms, marinade: 1 tsp light soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, stir well
4. 3 scallops
5. 20 grams = 0. 7 oz, dried shrimps

The batter:

1. 170 grams = 6 oz, sieve rice flour
2. 3 tsp sieve wheat starch
3. 300 ml = 10.14 fl oz, water

Seasoning:

1. 300 ml = 10.14 fl oz, ( incloud soaked mushrooms and schallps water)
2. 1 tsp oyster sauce
3. 2 tsp chicken powder
4. 1 tsp sugar
5. 1 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp five-spice powder
7. 1/4 tsp pepper

1. 300 ml = 10.14 fl oz, water
2. 1 tsp sesame oil

Garnish: some spring onion dices and fried white sesame seeds

Serve: X O sauce, hot chilli sauce

This recipe all together need 900 ml = 30.43 fl oz, water

Steaming time: High heat around 50 mins
