Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below :
材料:

1. 大約 1300 克 = 46 oz, 一隻光雞
2. 2 條廚房繩
3. 先用 3 茶匙油( 後多加 1 茶匙油, 共 4 茶匙)

醃料:

1. 3 茶匙玫瑰露酒
2. 2 茶匙雞粉濾出乾菜料
3. 2 茶匙沙薑粉
4. 先用 1 茶匙鹽 ( 後多加 1/4 茶匙共 1 1/4 茶匙)
5. 1/2 茶匙糖
6. 1 茶匙 5 香粉
7. 2 茶匙麻油

跟點汁:

1. 1/2 茶匙沙薑粉
2. 1 茶匙 5 香粉
3. 1/4 茶匙鹽
4. 適量青蔥薄片
5. 3 茶匙滾油
對流煱爐: 200° C = 393° F

上下對流烤熱度, 預熱 15 分

烤時教 180° C = 356° F, 放下面第 4 層, 雞背大約 35 分, 雞胸大約 30 分
Ingredients:

1. around 1300 grams = 46 oz, chicken
2. 2 kitchen strings
3. use 3 tsp oil ( then add 1 tsp oil later, together 4 tsp oil )

marinade:

1. 3 tsp mei kuei lu chiew
2. 2 tsp chicken powder, sieve out dried herbs
3. 2 tsp ginger powder
4. use 1 tsp salt ( then add 1/4 tsp salt together 1 1/4 tsp salt )
5. 1/2 tsp sugar
6. 1 tsp five spice powder
7. 2 tsp sesame oil

sauce :

1. 1/2 tsp ginger powder
2. 1 tsp five spice powder
3. 1/4 tsp salt
4. some thin slices green onion
5. 3 tsp boils oil


Convection oven : 200° C = 393° F

preheat convection broil 15 mins

roast temperature 180° C = 356° F, 4th layer, chicken spine 35 mins, chicken breast 30 mins
