15 MIN ABS & BOOTY pilates workout (beginner friendly, no repeats, no equipment)
Hi 🥰 Happy to have you working out with me! As usual this is is a short but effective pilates inspired workout targeting your abs, core and glutes 🍑 Ps. I'm not a professional, I'm just sharing the workouts that I love and have given me results 🙏🏽

Tips for this workout:
- keep your core activated by pulling the navel in and keeping the ribs down
- Exhale as you make an effort (like lifting or extending a leg) and inhale as you reset (like lowering or go back with the leg)
- Make this workout more challenging by using lighter ankle weights
This 15 MIN ABS & BOOTY pilates is:
- focusing on abs, waist and core
- focusing on glutes
- only on the mat, no standing
- no talking instructions
