Recipe:
1 large pork hock
6 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup sliced white onions
oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of soy sauce
2 cup of pineapple juice
2 cups of pork broth (in case)
peppercorns
laurel leaves
2 cups of banana blossoms

Salad:
1 yellow mango
4 tomatoes
1 green mango
2 eggplants
1 small red onion
1/4 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp of fish sauce

Kangkong:
oli
2 bunches of kangkong
200 grams of chopped and boiled pork belly
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
3/4 cup vegetable stock

4 fried saba bananas
