Pata Paksiw Recipe

Paksiw na Pata is a Filipino pork hock stew. It involves cooking the pork similar to that of adobo which requires soy sauce, vinegar, black peppers, and dried bay leaves. Brown sugar and dried banana blossoms are also added.
