List of ingredients
5Lbs pork feet
4 tbsp vinegar
1 large onion
3/4 cup soysauce
3 tbsp garlic minced
Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Peppercorns or half
3-4 pcs dry bay leaves
2 cups sprite
2 tbsp brown sugar

I make this simple version kasi most of our OFW doesn’t have a complete list of ingredients sa mga location nila ..
At marami din Ayaw ng mga salted black beans or banana blossoms or start anise .
