Episode 79 - Fuel Tank and Pump Replacement 1993 Ford F250

Welcome! In this video I go over how to install an entirely new fuel tank and pump, along with wiring in a new pigtail connector on the vehicle side of the harness. The original tank is completely rusted out on the inside, and the original vehicle harness and fuel pump had multiple shoddy splices and very sketchy wiring so it all really needed to be replaced. I also do a bit of maintenance on the fuel filler neck. This is a dual tank system on this truck so in this video I only make repairs to the midship tank. The rear tank has wire harness damage, has a hole in it and the replacement of that hot mess will be another video.
